For sale are my two beloved Ron Flaherty Model 1 Framelocks. I LOVE these knives but the fact is that I am selling off some knives I own now in order to hunt down some new knives to exchange them with. They both come with the original generic white UPS type box. Both have been carried a very few times but show no signs of the carry and neither have ever been used. They are exactly as they left Ron's shop. There are some extremely minute buffing marks and other extremely minute tooling marks from Ron;s build but these are typical and exactly as they came from Ron's shop, inclusing the minor build marks on the close ups seen on the blades.

And overall, these are mostly flawlessly made knives for an amazing price.

SOLD shipped and insured. I cover the PP fees - The first one is a Large R Flaherty with Orange G10. This knife has Ron's original edge which is convexed and appears to be sharpened on a paper wheel judging by the buffed looking edge. The lock up is early and rock solid. Ron uses true pivot bushings too. There is MINOR "tick" with the lockbar when you release it but it is smoothing out nicely. I just haven't operated it enouhg times to smooth it out completey. It is much less than when I first got it. The action is extremely smooth. The blade is centered. A fantastic, large folder! Here are the specs as I know them:

Large Model 1 Frame Lock
Blade 3 3/4" .155 Thick
A-2 Scotch Brite Finish
Lock side - Ti .155 Thick
Non Lock side - Orange G10
Heat Treat 60-61 rc Peters
Closed - 5 1/4"
OAL - 9"
Tip Down Carry
1/4" Pivot

SOLD shipped and insured. I cover the PP fees - The second knife is a regular sized Model 1 Framelock in green Micarta. This knife also This has Ron's original edge which is convexed and appears to be sharpened on a paper wheel judging by the buffed looking edge. The lock up is early and rock solid. Utilizies the true pivot bushing as well. The lockbar on this one release smooth and lockup is rock solid and early. The blade is centered on this one too and has a SMOOTH action. The specs as I know them:

Regular Model 1 Frame Lock
Blade 3 3/8" .155 Thick
A-2 Scotch Brite Finish
Lock side - Ti .155 Thick
Non Lock side - Green Micarta
Heat Treat 60-61 rc Peters
Closed - 4 3/4"
OAL - 8 1/8"
Tip Down Carry
1/4" Pivot

Again, $240 for the large and $230 for the regular but I'll sell both for $440 combined, shipped and insured with PP fees covered either way.
