1.) Large Parer in 1095 & Purpleheart **SOLD**

7 1/2" Overall
Only used very lightly to slice up some fruit and open bags in the kitchen. Nice patina forming.
Never sharpened. Joe's original super coarse and aggressive edge is still hair popping sharp. Super thinly ground, performs great.
Beautiful color on the purpleheart on this one. Has been treated with mineral oil.
Comes in the original padded box as pictured.

2.) 7" Wabocho in 1095 & Hickory **WITHDRAWN**
7" Blade
11 1/2" Overall
2" Blade Height
Lightly used, sharpened once. Patina forming. Comes sharp. Edge bevels aren't perfectly symmetrical.
I really like the light hued hickory on this one. Has been treated with mineral oil.
Well balanced, performs great.
Comes in original padded box as pictured.
