Today up for sale I have the following knives:
Preferred payment is via Paypal. I will ship out the knives the next day via USPS priority. I would like to keep this in the CONUS. Please email me with any questions. I'll happily discount the total price if someone buys both of them.
S110V Shallot ($120)- This is brand new, and it is one of the limited edition S110V shallots from 2008. The only imperfections on this knife are a small scuff on near the pivot on the front of the handle, and there is also some slight discoloration around the screws on the front. I tried to capture these slight imperfections in the pictures, but they are so slight that they are hard to see. Other than than that this knife is in perfect condition. The blade centering is pretty good, and the lockup is very early and secure. I have the original box and paperwork.
Gold Leek (Sold)- It is important to note that this not the gold plated leek that is easily found on ebay, but rather the old and discontinued 1660GLD leek from several years ago. This is a brand new knife with the original box and packaging. The centering of this knife is good, and so is the lockup. The spring assist fires hard, and the finish is spotless. This is a gorgeous knife that pictures do not do justice to.
