All I want for Christmas is . . .

My parents and my wifes parents asked for a list. What a pita! I tried to keep the list budget friendly (<$100) so I put a handful of knife budget lines I havent tried yet and told them to pick whatever. Also included a Sharpmaker or a Lansky system to try out the guided systems. I really want a KME but to try to stay budget friendly I figured the others were worth owning/trying.

Figures what I want, seems unavailable.
Looking for a good sized fixed blade for the truck.
I like the looks of the Survive! GS0 5.1, or Fiddleback Duke.
Any suggestions?

Just my opinion and not experience with such knives, but what about any of the carbon steel knives in the Schrade Frontier line, many sizes to choose from, just to use as a beater? Do you just want a good user? Maybe the Cold Steel one piece steel knives in 52100, a couple different sizes and I think one comes with slabs to attach to it. Lastly, but on the higher end, and since you mentioned the model, the Fiddleback Production version of the Duke, that's one I have handled and liked the overall feel and size of it.

So to answer the OP, I would like the above mentioned Fiddleback Production Duke.

Thanks for the suggestions. BK-7 is too big and bulky for me; I'm not a coating guy, and not scraping it off.

I wouldn't be disappointed if Santa brought me a 3.5" stonewashed Hinderer Skinny, slicer in M390.

Karma. The gift that keeps on giving.

I'm not asking for anything but Monet. I'm in severe need of clothes. I've four times as many folders as I do long pants that fit. Yeah three pairs gets real old fast when it's 15° F out. Most of my adult life I was a 38-42 x 34. Now I'm a 34x34.

I have all this underwear that's way too big and Goodwill won't take them. Maybe if I washed them?

I've already done some shopping for the fam but, really, am at a loss for myself.

All I really want for Christmahanukwanzakah is to be healthy! So far things are going well.

A large crk sebenza 21 with bright wood inlay and polished ti. These are the only CRK folders I am interested in.

Spartan Blades Kranos Blue Ti and Carbon Fiber Flipper. Just something about that knife that I really like the look of.

Sebenza 21 Micarta...probably won’t happen by Christmas but hopefully I can snag one before they disappear for good

All I want is this to be shipped to me so I can send it to my left-handed Dad. But that isn't likely. So I am hoping to receive it for his February birthday.

I'm assuming the production stuff is separate from their other operations, but you might send Andy Roy a PM or email to see if he has any insight or suggestion on what would be a good substitute to the Duke. I'm sure he's busy as hell, but he's a great guy and easy to get along with.

I’m not sure what I would ask for in a knife. I’m pretty well set with what I have.

There are two or three knives that keep coming up on my list year after year. Nothing I really need but, I guess they would work as a Christmas list.

1. Small 21 Insingo.
2. LionSteel TM 2.
3. Buck Froe.
4. Small forest axe.
5. Spyderco PM 2 with
blue/purple scales.

The PM 2 is a recent addition.
