Every website I see has them out of stock and I seem to miss them every time they do go in stock. What is up with Spyderco on this release? It seems like an un-official release because of the so few knives. Don't get me wrong I love Spyderco.

Does anyone know where to get the Paramilitary 2 on a website that consistantly has them in stock? Thanks
 
If you go to the Para 2 page at newgraham.com, there is a link which notifies you when they have them in stock. Consider giving that a try. You can also call and ask if they have any which have not been placed on the website yet, or if they know when they are getting some. I have found them very helpful in this regard. Yourcornerstore.com also has a similar notification link on their Para 2 page.
 
Thanks powernoodle, I have already tried the Newgraham website but I will try to call them now.
 
I am so excited about this knife. The Gayle Bradley is a great knife just a little big for edc.

Everything that kept me from buy the original para has been fixed.

This knife is a home run, or should I say GRAND SLAM!!

It's been a year since I purchased a new knife. This one is a must have!
 
I'm gonna wait for the gray sprint run version. Heck, I might pick up a regular version on the second hand market at that time. I think people might want to sell to upgrade.
 
I was going to order one from New Graham today, but I found a pre-order that must have just recently started where I could get it for around 100 shipped.

I pre-ordered it and added 3 grasshoppers for about the price I would have paid to get it from another site, so I will deal with waiting a bit. Hopefully I'm not too low on the pre-order list.
 
Just got notified by KC.com that my Para 2 is shipping today. Cost $108
I'm looking forward to this knife!! I wonder if it can bump the PPT out of my pocket? :)
 
Just preorder and wait it out. It'll be worth it in the end (as well as faster) Knifecenter does allow you to pre-order when they are out of stock, right?

Yeah, I got mine for the same price. I think it's amazing how it's almost $30 cheaper than the original. Talk about value. :thumbup:

I've been handling the Para 2 for a few days and can say that it is one of the most ergonomic Spydies I've ever used. It's not too heavy and has a slim profile. If I worked in a place where knives were tolerated or needed, I wouldn't hesitate to carry the Para 2 as an EDC.
 
I got mine a week ago and love it. I paid about 145 for it so it wasn't the best value but this knife is simply awesome. I didn't like the clip at first but I'm so happy to finally be able to carry lefty and tip up that it doesn't matter.

The lanyard hole looks like an open manhole but once you get a lanyard on it you hardly notice. Great knife. Spyderco answered all of the problems with the older version imo.

Start buying Busse Knives, then you will learn how to set back and wait for things concerning knives to happen! It all comes in time!
