Rough Neck Bowie
Method: Hand forged
Steel: 52100 3/4" round bar
Handle: Stainless guard, desert iron wood and deer antler. Tang goes all the way through and is capped at the butt end.
Finish: etched in vinegar. there is a quench line on the left side as seen but does not show up on right side as clear.
Heat treat: triple edge quench
blade: 6.5"
OAL: 12"
Sheath: 8- 9oz leather, tanned coyote fur (top is guard hairs and bottom is belly hair making it look like a tail) Hand stitched, horn time for holder pin.

The balance point is just in front of the guard. On the weight I have no way of weighing i
t. but I would guess around 18 oz.
