The Ultralight is a very nice folder, well made. The Classic is a much smoother knife, the liners (brass) make the difference.

I personally like the classic, but for me to pick one up, it would need to be FFG and have a clip. I know, I know, in granpappy's day we didn't have clips on knives. Yeah, but now we do, and they're grrrrrrreat! As the tiger says. Its been a hard decision, but I feel like for him to carry it, it needs to have a clip.

The Ultralight Falcon's clip is ok but the screw attachment looks out of place on such a slim knife. It's almost as though it was an afterthought. I prefer a clip on a folder when it's closed length exceeds 3.5".
