so i went to the beach :D Packed up the wifey and daughter yesterday and headed out. It was a gorgeous day yesterday in the low 70s and blue skies.

Here is my daughter making a dash for the water

Along the shoreline a bunch of jelly fish were washed up. Moon Jelly and Man of war along with some seagull tracks.

HAHA..you dont have any snow! Man, you must be bummed out! :thumbdn:
Well, I am sorry for you my friend, and I hope that it snows down there soon! If it doesnt, you can always move up north, ...cause...we got snow.

Now just hold on one cotton-pickin' minute!

You say it was in the low 70's in Florida and you went to the beach?

There is no way you are a native!

Everyone knows anything under 75 is freezing and beach weather starts at 85 in the shade with 100% humidity!

Lucky dog :mad::D.

Last night I had to sit in a car for about 3 hours trying to figure out how to get home as the roads were a sheet of ice. To top it off the battery died. Eventually plow trucks came by and sanded the roads and was able to get a jump off of one of the nicest elderly women I have ever met.

The upside was I was stuck with four females. I was hoping we would need to start generating "heat". :D:thumbup:

The beauty of living in Southern California is that I'm within an hour of beach, desert, and snow. Best of all worlds.
