All of your knives gotta' go...except???

I don't think this makes one pick the best or favorite, at least for me. I had to compromise.Sometimes alot. I use knives at work, hunting, camping and so on. I carry in everything from swimtrunks to uniforms to backpacks. My strider AR is to big for carry in swimtrunks or gym shorts ( the clothes I wear the most 4 months a year. My Manix has a to thin of tip for work and so on....

Fixed blade, Buck 805 Limited Edition S30V, like a souped up 105 Pathfinder.
Folder, oh man I'd hate to narrow it down to one, but I guess the most handy and useful and best looking would have to get the nod over some of the more expensive bigger stuff, so it would have to be the stag two blade copperhead Henckels slippie made by Boker. Would do for everything from opening letters to cleaning my nails to skinning squirrels.
Sharpener, Lansky kit. I could get by with a good large sized (8'' x 2'' or so) soft Arkansas benchstone, if I just wanted to be really simplifying things.

I'd prefer to keep at least four folders out of the bunch, a Case 6375CV large stockman, the Henckels copperhead, the Schatt & Morgan F&W Mountain Man, and the Hen and Rooster 5-1/4'' red bone rat tail 2 blade folding hunter made by Boker. Everything else is just superfluous, but I REALLY like those four and would HATE to give up three of them.

This is an easy one. :)
