These are 14 New, Stabilized Blocks that I just posted in my web store. They were professionally stabilized by K&G.
I felt that these were good examples of the Best Redwood Burl. These blocks were cut from an old coffee table top that was probably made back in the 70s.
It is difficult to find this quality of Redwood Burl any more.

Just click on the photo if you would like to go where they are located in the store.

Holy moly, that stuff is BEAUTIFUL!!! Wish I had the capabilities of cutting them into scales...

Man... this stuff sold fast!
In my experience, if I don't see your email until the next morning, it's too late. ;) :D

I was wondering what happened. I went to go look at them, and ended up sending an email about where the links were. :D

These all sold out within just a few hours.
I will be making another trip to California soon and will try to get more.

Just as a heads up.
I am cleaning up some good Koa and Walnut that will go into the store this evening.

The midnight email thing is because that is about the time that I have finished up cleaning up, photographing and posting the new pieces. Makes a long day for me.

Just a short while back the redwood looked like this. I found this tabletop on a buckeye buying trip.

The buckeye in the photo is at K&G getting stabilized right now. The blocks I sent in looked like this.

For those of you who might be interested in some decent buckeye, they should be coming back pretty soon.

Are you able to cut them into scale thickness?
