I purchased this from the original owner. He told me he never kept boxes, and the knife lived in a glass display case for years. Since I've owned it, it has stayed in a CRK leather slip sheath in my safe. There are a few very light storage marks on the display side (photo won't capture), but no other defects that I could find. The edge appears to be original, although doesn't feel very sharp to my fingers. I would rate it an easy 99% - a trip to the spa would certainly make it perfect. I own some great CRK's, although this is one of the nicest I've ever had. Given the age and rarity, I'll never carry it - and I'm too paranoid to put it in a case on the wall. Although I originally purchased the knife alone, I'll include a CRK leather slip sheath and a CRK box. Asking what I paid: $750.00 SOLD!!
