Description: Received directly from David Curtiss as part of his limited pre-owned drops. Firm detente so the blade deploys swiftly via the flipper tab or reverse flick on the fuller. Lock-up is rock solid with zero play or lock stick. There are some machining marks on the blade, but they are from David’s grind as I have not cut with or carried the knife. The fully jigged titanium scales are a neat touch as they have a pleasant tactile feel without being so grippy that they mar your pocket. The pivot, geared backspacer, pocket clip, and screws are all titanium. Magnacut blade still has the sharp factory edge. Curtiss zipper pouch included. No COA was issued from the sale, but I’m happy to include a printed copy of my order confirmation if you’d like. These retailed for $595 but sold for $350 from the pre-owned sale. I’ll knock another $25 off from what was already a heck of a discount.

Description: Really neat historical element to this USA made mid-tech flipper as the blue anodized titanium scales have a teak wood inlay preserved from the actual deck of the USS North Carolina, the most decorated battleship of WWII. The knife has been lightly carried but is in great condition overall. The only marks I see are two feint horizontal snails on the blade and one on the clip. Action is very smooth on Skiff bearings. Polished stonewashed Magnacut blade still has a razor-sharp original edge and deploys extremely well due to the firm détente. Bronze anodized titanium hardware. You can find the specs here. These knives sold out at $595. Includes original box and packing pouch with sticker.
