Hey BF,

All sold.

I only have 8 of these blanks left... here are 4 of them. I sold my first Santoku here on Bladeforums to a chef in Paris named Pierre. The Santoku blade design makes for a nice kitchen knife. The handle seems to work well with small and large hands alike.

Steel: 1095 - Professionally hardened to a guaranteed Rc 59-60 by Peters Heat Treat.

OAL at 12 1/4 inches, and a cutting edge of 7 inches, with a full flat grind. Cut from 3/32 stock, the blade is 2 inches edge to spine.

Handles - Two are Black canvas Micarta bolsters with black/white G10 and white liners. The white liners show off the bolsters nicely in hand. Two others are black/white G10 with blue liners. All with 1/4 inch brass pins.

Bolstered knives are $129, two others are $119. Payment via Credit/Debit invoice which leads to a secured page for payment, MO, check...are fine. Shipping is free CONUS, at cost internationally. No Paypal Please.

I have an Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/landiknives/ please follow me if you would.

Contact me here on BF or via landiknives@gmail.com with any questions.

Thanks for looking, I do appreciate it!

Hello TDOG1, thanks so much for picking up a Santoku! I truly do appreciate your support. Email on its way.

I'll take the bottom w/o bolster knife (3rd photo up from the bottom), John.
