All Sold.

My last three Santokus from this batch are available.

Steel: 1095 - Professionally hardened to a guaranteed Rc 59-60 by Peters Heat Treat.

OAL at 12 1/4 inches, and a cutting edge of 7 inches, with a full flat grind. Cut from 3/32 stock, the blade is 2 inches edge to spine.

Handles - Two with sculpted G10 (one in white/black layered and the other in brown/black) with 1/4 inch brass pins. The third is natural Micarta with SS pins.
