Dear sir,
I hate to complain however, I paid for two pairs of your mammoth ivory scales back in March 2013. I still have not received them.

You did state in reply to my last inquiry that if not received by May 19, you would refund my money. Yet, it is not the money I want but the scales .

The following information is what tracking shows as of today. It appears they have never left China.

Already respond your email.
Once the parcel left my hand the speed of delivery is not I can control。
There 3% will take very long time for delivery, so from now we change to shipping from HONGKONG for fast delivery.

I will let you know on Monday.

Since i asked publicly, i wanted to state publicly that I heard back from "Motherofpearlcc (Nini) today and that he checked into it and the situation has been rectified. This was his reply:
"Dear ED, The post office forgot process it and the parcel sitting there more than one month.and they just process yesterday after I call them. Sorry for the bad satiation. Next time I will give you one more extra pairs for FREE."

He was very quick to see that it was taken care of. Apparently the scales were just sitting in the PO, glad I checked on them.

I've bought a lot from Mother of Pearl in the past. Always excellent service. By the way, she's a she, not a he or sir. I have full confidence in Nini I would recommend her services/goods to anyone.
