ALL SOLD

Hey guys! Listing today 2 chef knives that in my opinion are the perfect entrIes for getting experience with hard, thin geometries.

They are both made out of 1080 steel hardened to 62HRC.

Exotic A+ grade kingwood handle - for those who never owned a knife with kingwood handle, this species has around 1,2g/cm³ of density (same as ebony) and is one of the toughest, rarest woods in the planet. Not only beautiful but really tough.

Both aggressive geometries, but the gyuto has a slightly more aggressive grind than the k-tip

Both blades 7" of length

SUMMARY: Easy to use, aggressive grind, light, both excellent in ergonomy, perfectly balanced knives and hand sharpened to 2000 grit

For clarification, are you selling each knife for $180, or both knives for $180? Is $180 the “50% off” price? I think some things may be lost in translation.

I am going to let someone else have this awesome deal because I already have a bunch of Francisco’s knives. Whoever gets these is getting a steal on some steel.

That was in fact confusing, i just edited now making it clearer :)

Your feedback was of high importance for me progressing in this design, thank you for the pictures too.

I love the K-tip Bunka that you made. It is very similar to the bottom knife and it is becoming a kitchen favorite.

I confess that i prefer the gyuto in terms of aesthetics and overall usage but your feedback on the bunka was precisely the reason i also created the k-tip. A lot people love them.
