SOLD a Kent Hix Custom Dagger with sheath this knife is at least 50 years old Kent passed away I think in 2017 at the ripe old age of 90. The knife is in great collectable condition but does have very light superficial pitting, ,handle and sheath is made out of a acrylic type of I don't know material but it is scratch resistance i do know that much ,,I have found a few of his knives on the internet and it seams he used the material a lot I like to get 200.00 for her I paid 250 when I bought her ,,this is a piece of history in the knife world anyway she must go so willing to here offers on her This is SOLD and paid for to Gastonknife
Brian Higer One of a kind: TRADED Brian was a knifemaker as well as a glass artist from around Cincinnati. His knives very rarely come on the market, and I've had this one for about twenty years. Made from 5/16" A2 and convex ground, it has a 5" cutting edge, 5.5 length to handle, and an OAL of 9.25. Tapered from handle to point with a relatively fine point. Back edge is semi sharp, but could be sharpened if that's your choice. Glass beaded finish with stripes. Handle is proprietary from the maker, named Gargoyle Hide and takes 9 hours to apply and cure. Basically, it's a kind of powdered aluminum glass embedded in an epoxy base that is chemically impervious. WAY nonslip and permanently bonded to the underlayer of handle steel. Thick kydex sheath. Unused, but does have scratches from the kydex sheath, as seen in the video as well as three spots near the heel of the right side above the edge. Incredibly cool knife, priced at 150.00 TRADED
