DELICA/PM2: NEW means ... no just flipped clips, no paper test only, no just carried around the house for a couple hours.
Out the box for pics only NEW !

Para 3: Lightly used with Lynch p3 clip included. Also comes with a black and a blue decal. However I only have the BLACK scales installed. Blue scales are not included. Factory edge still razor sharp ! No touch ups no sharpening whatsoever. Literally used to open mayby 4-5 envelopes and used for lunch 2-3 times:
