I was kind of nervous about buying this burl because it is some of the most expensive wood I have purchased.
But.....it sure turned out to be nice stuff.
These blocks were cut from a chunk of Rosewood burl that a woodworker brought back from Belize about 20 years ago.
It is some of the best Rosewood that I have seen in person.

If you want to look at the individual pieces, just click on the photo to go where they are located in the store.
The group photo makes them look a couple shades lighter than they look in person.

These are the rest of the Rosewood Burl blocks.
There are a few shorts that would be good for ferrules or ????
I am just now starting to add them to the web store.
Just click on the photo to go to where they are located in the web store.
Once again they are a bit darker than this photo.

They are all in the store now and going away quickly.
This is all of them. Out of 14 blocks in this batch, 9 are left.
I am thinking I need to make a trip to Belize one of these days to look for more.

Just one block left.
Thank You everyone.

The credit for finding this cool wood goes to Randy from HHH Knives.
Without his help I would have never known about this wood.
Thank You Randy!
