I’m continuing to sell off knives that I’m just not carrying, usually because of personal ergos preference. All prices are for PayPal G&S with the knife shipped first class. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me. First person to claim a knife publicly and then promptly follow up with a PM and payment gets it. No trades at this time, please. Here they are:
  • Large Sebenza 21 with Ebony Inlay. $385. I got this Large Sebenza 21 with ebony inlay off of the forum. It’s my first Chris Reeve, and it’s just not tugging at my heart. Here are additional details about the knife:
    • I’ve posted numerous pictures, but I’d say that the condition is just shy of LNIB. Maybe that is called “excellent.” If, on a hundred-point scale, BNIB = 98 - 100, and LNIB = 97 - 98, I’d say that this knife is around 95.

    • Box, DOB paper, tool, leather pouch, clip (not pictured), and upgraded lanyard are all included. (So, yes, the clip is included, even though it’s in the box and is not shown in the pictures.)

    • In pictures, the ebony looks different in direct sunlight than it does indoors. I’ve included pictures that show what the ebony looks like in outdoor lighting when viewed through a camera, and what it looks like in indoor lighting (while viewed through a camera). Maybe this is what you can see when you look at high res pictures vs. what you normally see when just looking with your eyes. Indoors--or at least not under strong sunlight--the ebony has a rich, dark look to it.

    • DOB is December 22, 2011.
  • Delica in Pakkawood. SOLD Everyone screams “Delica! Delica! Delica! Delica!” but the Delica bug never bit me. Got this from another user who had had it professionally sharpened, complete with the addition of a tiny sharpening choil. (You’ll see it if you zoom in on the photos.) The knife is, well, beautiful, and I really tried to love her, but she never displaced my favorite larger knives, like my Ritter Grip. (My custom Ritter Grip is my favorite knife.)

  • Kizer Vanguard Flashbang. SOLD I’d put this at somewhere between excellent and LNIB. Snaps perfectly. Just too small (yikes--I originally accidentally wrote this was too big) for my hand. Nothing more to say on this.

  • Kizer Vanguard Gemini. SOLD Terrific condition with minimal wear. Full disclosure: Not because of any blade wear but because when I got it, I tore it down and spent a lot of time fiddling with the lock bar--including heating it up and bending it until the detent went from mush to rocket fire--I’m classifying the knife as a user. But also realize that this detent is so much better than it was out of the box.

  • Bestech Lion in D2. SOLD Nice piece. Better ergos than you’d expect; turns out that that lanyard tail at the end actually prevents the butt of the knife from being a hot spot, which is a nice design feature. But I’m just not carrying it.
