*All GEC knives are 1095 steel and are still new in the tube except for the antique yellow #15. I have carried this knife one time, never cut anything with it (I ended up getting another to keep this one fresh and new).
*The Canal Street Forum knife has never been carried or used, still new as the day it came to me.
*The Bret Dowell Trapper has been carried and slightly used. It was sent back to Bret and given a once over to make it fresh again. Looks excellent, fit and finish is superb, spring is flush in all spots, no gaps, centered blade, great walk and talk.
