Got some tough fixed blades up for sale today. Decided to thin out the herd, as these don’t see much use anymore. These are excellent hard use knives. I reserve the right to choose whom I sell to. 1) Danitz Knives Recurve Chopper. Danitz knives is a custom maker mainly dealing in choppers. He is a member here and does very impressive work. Made with 1/4” 80CRV2 steel with a Brut De Forge finish. Blade length is 10 1/4” with a 5 1/2” handle. Tapered tang with maple scales. Never used or re-sharpened and has very sharp edgeand comes with a knife case, no sheath. $175 OBRO PPFF shipped Conus only.
2) SOLD Tops OutPost Command. 5 3/4” blade made from 1/4” 1095 steel. Knife itself weighs around 18oz. Tops does an excellent 1095 heat treat. This knife is a serious competitor to the Becker BK2 and ESEE 5 and might be more durable than either. This knife has been used to do some light chopping. Slight patina developing on uncoated portion of swedge and one side of edge. Micarta scales could use a light cleaning. Never sharpened and still has very sharp factory edge. 3) Tops US Combat Knife. 7 1/2” blade made from 1/4” 1095. This is serious multi role survival knife. This knife has never been used or sharpened. Still retains sharp factory edge. Scales are black micarta and use a cleaning after being handled a few times. Comes with factory sheath. Otherwise knife is like new. $150 PPFF shipped conus.
