From my personal collection comes this GEC Tidioute electricians knife called "Johnny on the Spot", pattern 53L. The scales on this one are bright orange jigged delrin that is chip and crack free. The carbon steel blades have not been used, carried or resharpened and retain its factory edges. The main screw driver has a liner lock. Fluted bolsters. Measures 4 1/8" closed OAL. Good snap and no wobble or play. Kept in the tube since purchased. Comes with the original tube and collectors button. the knife has never been carried, sharpened or cut anything. Another knife from my personal collection is this Great Eastern Cutlery Liner Lock Model 235120LL Beaver Tail with Jigged Brazilian Cheery wood handle with Nickel Silver Bolsters and a silver Beaver shield. The knife has a single drop point blade with a OAL is 4.5” and a blade length is 3.7”, blade steel is 1095 and nicely centered. Made is the USA. I have kept the knife in the tube since purchased. Another From my personal collection is a rare Ka-Bar Dog's Head series knife. It a lock back swing guard with a thong hole. This knife is produced in the "old way.” It was meticulously handcrafted in the USA with all American materials. The patterns is a traditional classics and the workmanship is outstanding. The finest natural materials was used to handle these traditional beauties, uniquely Root Beer Brown Jigged Bone that has been buffed smooth and shiny, the handles feel as good as they look. It has a Copper Dog's Head shield and copper bolsters, the knife will only grow more beautiful as it ages over time. OAL is 8 5/8”, blade length is 3 5/8” and the blade steel is D2.Blade is a touch to the left.No box or paper, the knife has never been carried, sharpened or cut anything.
