Morning BFC,
I aquired this batch of early model Pro-tech Runts at auction and am ready to pass them along. They are the original Runt, the first knives made by Wattenberg. I believe the engraving on the scales is acid etched, which would place these at the earlier side of Pro-tech's start. Circa 1999-2000. I have researched these knives heavily, but please correct me if I am mistaken. No boxes included.
1. Blue scales / black DLC blade & clip / stainless hardware. Scales show signs of light use. Snails on the clip. The DLC on the blade is in Excellent shape. I do believe it has the original factory edge. Centered blade. It fires comically hard for a sub 2" blade. It will fly out of your hands. sold
2. Black scales / black DLC blade & clip / stainless hardware. Show side scales have several light snails, stainless hardware with light scuff. DLC of the blade is nearly flawless. Centered blade, fires very hard. sold
3. Black scales / media blasted blade and matching hardware. This is the most unique example. I believe the blade / hardware have been bead blasted, but I can't say for sure. The complete matching hardware sets this one apart IMO. Snails on the pivot screw and firing button, otherwise shows light signs of carry. Factory edge has been cut, could use a touchup. Centered, fires hard. sold
Paypal Friends & Family, no trades at this time. Add the Terzuola Tuxedo I have listed in my signature to one of these knives and I'll knock $50 off total. Add the Busse and I'll knock $100 off total. Ask me anything. Thanks for looking. Have a good weekend.
