Additionally, members may not sell any knife or item known or suspected to be other than as described in terms of its lineage and authenticity.
 
You are correct, this IS a grey area. The knife has no markings of any kind and the knifemaker did not sell it under the original brand name.
However, I have removed it from the post and will sell elsewhere.
