Here are a few knives that aren't getting much love at the house. Need new homes.
Please read descriptions and take a close look at pics. If you have questions, let me know.
This one I purchased from Pipeman - I admired it from the moment he first posted it in a thread and I've got to say, this is one heck of a slip joint. It is gorgeous and the snap is most satisfying! I just don't carry it and cannot bring myself to do so. Passing it along in the hopes that someone else will have the opportunity to see how amazing this knife is. Does have the tiniest but of blade play.
Here is the description from the original sales thread.
First up is a Lannys clip my Josh Miller a 19 year old lad who has a Great future in knife making. I believe this to be his best slip joint.
O1 tool steel, wrought iron bolster ( a very nice touch IMO) Ram Horn scales with beautiful tones, SS liners, amazing snap all three. flush closed and open, at half stop the spring is just under enough to feel. About a 7 pull but can be pinched easily. A paper thin gap between the liner and the spring, no light, mentioned for accuracy. A single layer of cigarette paper wil go in about a 32nd, folded it won't.
Asking SOLD!
