Hey all,
today I'm getting rid of a couple budget folders that at one time I thought I might utilize. Well, that day never came so off to the chopping block they go.
1.) Spyderco Delica-Carbon Fiber I bought this knife a couple of weeks ago from this forum. I took the knife out of the box, inspected it, put it back in it's box, and there it has stayed. A quick description: I cannot find a single mark on the blade nor the edge that tells me this knife was ever used to cut anything. Factory edge, VG-10 steel, and is numbered "248". It does have marks on the clip however, so obviously the knife has seen some pocket time. Comes with box. Asking what I paid: $50 SOLD net.
2.) SOG Vulcan Mini I also bought this knife off the forums a couple weeks ago. Was going to give it as a gift, but my cousin seems to prefer his $3.74 Kershaw ripoff..to each his own(?) Anyways, the "axis-type lock" is pretty neat and works very similarly to Benchmade's patented lock. Has never been carried by me, but it does have some light carry marks on the clip. The edge appears factory, touched up though, and this knife is sporting Seki City, VG-10 Japanese semi polished steel! What the heck happened to this company!? Deep carry clip, a "flipper tab", tear down construction. In other words: a perfect utilitarian user. No box on this one. Asking $35 net.
3.) Last but definitely not least, Microtech UTX-70. This little fella is spectacular! Single edge, satin flats, black bevel, blood groove, drop point...fires like a cannon. S30VN steel, factory edge but has been touched up on my SM; sharp as sin. There is wear on the thumb switch and clip. This knife has never misfired on me and is as smooth as the day I received it. January 2013 birthdate. Comes with box, papers and microfiber baggie. I'm letting this one go for $130 SOLD net. I'm gonna miss this knife but I have found a different watch pocket blade.
4.) BNIB Benchmade Emissary 470-1 Brand new. This is the OG version with black aluminum handles. Not much else to say. Save $65-75 and buy here. Asking $100 SOLD net.
