Rules of Engagement:
Item 1: Emerson CQC-10
Item 2: Emerson Combat Karambit
Item 3: Benchmade Bone Collector 15030 (Mini Version of 15020)
- All prices include shipping via USPS and PayPal fees. I am open to reasonable offers.
- Payment via PayPal only.
- Sales within the United States only; no international shipping.
- An "I'll take it" posted in the thread trumps anything else. If we make a deal via email/PM, please post "I'll take it per our discussion" in the thread as soon as possible. Please don't post "I'll take it" then shoot me an offer via PM/email. I've had that happen.
- I try to be very conservative in my descriptions and point out any flaws as well as possible via text and photos. If you're surprised at the condition of the knife upon receiving it, I want it to be a good surprise.
- If you have any questions/issues please PM me or email me at my username @ Gmail. I want any sale to go smoothly and the buyer to be 100% happy.
- No trades please. I'm not really happy to sell these but I need some funds to fuel my recent CRK addiction.
- Since all that is out of the way......
Item 1: Emerson CQC-10
- Price: SOLD
- I bought this used and haven't carried it, just used it in a few photos.
- Overall it's in really good shape but it does have some marks on the blade that I have tried to accurately represent in the photos. The ones on the presentation side are pretty easy to see but there is a faint line on the reverse side that is more difficult to see. It runs parallel to the edge at the rear. Look for my pointer.
- There is some yellowish substance inside the thumb hole. It's been there since I bought it and I'm not sure what it is. I could not remove it with normal cleaning and I didn't want to go scraping at it. See the photos.
- I think it has a factory edge but I'm not sure.
- Lock-up and centering are good as shown in the photos. There is some lock stick on this one and it will make an audible pop when disengaging. Honestly, this is how I prefer Emersons. If there is no lock stick the lock-up seems flimsy.
- This is one of the best Emersons I've had. Its action is smooth (for an Emerson) and lock-up is good. Ergonomics are great.
- This sale includes only the knife, no box or paperwork.
Item 2: Emerson Combat Karambit
- Price: SOLD
- This one could probably pass for LNIB but I'll call it a light user. I've only used it for photos.
- The only real blemish is some wear on the blade's black finish where it meets the stop pin. See the photos.
- Lock-up is good with a bit of lock stick on disengagement. It usually sits at about 50% or a little more.
- Centering is pretty much spot-on but it's a bit difficult to tell with the large handle.
- The edge is factory.
- The box does not have a label on it. When I asked about this I was told it was possible not to have a label from the factory.
- Everything included is shown in the first photo. The trainer is not included.
Item 3: Benchmade Bone Collector 15030 (Mini Version of 15020)
- Price: SOLD
- This one is LNIB.
- The edge is factory.
- The 15020/15030 are great knives, some of my favorites from Benchmade. I actually have three of these 15030s because I EDC one and I like it enough to want a backup. Two backups is probably excessive though. It's a shame these were discontinued.
- The box has a tear on one corner.
- Everything included is shown in the first photo. The 15020 (wood scales) is not included, just shown for comparison.
