A whole mess of knives.
I've been hit by a 1-2 punch of hospital bills for my Mother and my dog, who sadly passed. So, no trades at this time until I get back ahead. It's best for me to cull the herd anyway, this is just scratching the surface. All knives on this round are NIB or LNIB and have all the original packing, pouches etc. All have their factory edges save for the Brous Insight, which has been touched up on a Sharpmaker and the only knife to really be carried and/or used.
Please feel free to ask me any questions, I'll gladly send more detailed specs and more photos or video on request!
5) Rike 1508 2nd Anniversary $140
Not distributed in the states, this one sold out quickly. NIB, I purchased from youtube table sale just days ago - benefit for viewer's dog vet bills - then the same thing happened to me! I own the 1701, which is the same but with CF inlays and love it. The CF version is on DH gate for around $220. Gorgeous "Blurple" anodizing that Rike does so well. One has to go, so the new one gets tapped. Flips deceptively Shiro fast and smooth. Sharp High flat grind great slicing blade. Drops right shut. Be careful! Search for Rike 1508 2nd anniversary on youtube to see this very knife reviewed on LTK, or Rike 1701 to see my 1701 reviewed by Doctor Frunkey. Differences are only cosmetic.
Not to be confused with the Rike 1508s, which is probably why it was later renamed to the 1701. This was meant to be a larger version of that knife, and is not an integral! For some reason they decided not to sell in the US, if they did it would probably have been $350+.
Blade: 3-11/16"+ (a hair under 3.75") bead blasted S35VN. Handle 5" Ti liner-lock & Ti backspacer.
Cons: This has a bit of lock-stick, so there's a slight "click" unlocking. I'm a southpaw so I exacerbate the problem.
BTW, on closeup of clip that's a piece of lint, not a chip! Closeup was to show color and light beautiful milling pattern (not on my 1701).
Thanks for looking!
