All steel small wheels.

Has anyone used the all steel small wheels?
I use rubber wheels now but they do not last very long.
Will the steel wheels bounce the beltjoint much?

It will depend on the belt joint and the grit. I used a bare ball bearing as wheel and the bouncing was bareable...
Steel flat or radioused platens behave the same way...someone finds sanding the joint helps with reducing bouncing

^^^^What he said. I have a set, and it depends on the belt. I use mine at a rather slow speed, so I don't have much of an issue. I also haven't had them very long and used them very much, but they def work good.
