All Taylors-manila latch?

One thing different about the older Taylor butterflys is the manila style latch as most of know. I thought all of their knives were like this but oddly enough was looking at some of my knives and opened a box with a golden dragon inside. This particular one is not golden at all but has a black coating. Oddly enough it was not a manila style latch.Has anyone else come across Taylors like this? I'm excluding any that were changed by the owner after purchase.

I was under the impression that taylor all had manila latches.. had the theory that it was indeed them that started this whole small revolution.

Maybe this was one of the many you had the jeweller switch the handles of and forgot TimDennis
