The first knife that came to mind was the BM 530 Pardue. It has an awesome balance of size, thickness, and strength, and the axis lock is super fast and easy to open and close.

Of course, once I started thinking, lots of other knives came to mind. I also love my BM 710, Case Seahorse, Opinel Gardening knife #08, Boker Exskelibur, and SAK Fieldmaster. A true knife knut can appreciate any style knife
