Allan Blade

Well, I hate to bad mouth anyone because I figure that someday it might come back to me. But Allen Blade is really starting to piss me off. I sent him a check for 3 videos about a month ago. The check was cashed three weeks ago and I got the canceled check back already. Not only have I not yet received my videos but he has not responded to several emails and I have not been able to reach him by phone. I have called dozens of times and it always either rings forever or is busy. No answering machine.

I can understand if he has been having personal troubles as someone suggested but this goes beyond. If you agree to sell a product (and he did email me just once to say that he had a total of four videos available for $16 each including shipping) then you treat your customers with respect and at least communicate with them. There is no excuse.

Peter did you really have to go and bad mouth the guy for what, $48.00?

Before you go and and say that your the one that's out the money and I am not, I have knives paid for and have been waiting for them also.

I am sure that once Allen gets back on track all will be well. Every one hits a bump in the road once and awhile. Search the forums and check his reputation. It speaks for it's self.

Allen if you are reading this I am not in any rush. I have all the knives I need. Yours are going to be welcome additions to my collection.

Well, I am very sorry to hear about Allen's troubles and I apologize to him if I was being a bit harsh. However, I still believe that when things get bad in your personal life you have to somehow continue with your business. All I needed was a note, one sentence even, to let me know that I would get what I had paid for. Since all of you seem to think Allen is a standup guy then I will be patient and wait. I am glad Allen finally posted something to explain himself.
Again, my apologies if I have offended anyone.
