Just received my refinished chipmunk today. Allen's work is really great! The knife comes out exactly like when it is new! This picture is what it looked like when I received it from Brian C (Thanks Brian! To buyers: Bryan is a great guy to deal with, he is a real gentleman!).

And Allen says in his email he is not quitting this business "The Messages of my demise as a knife maker are highly exaggerated and unfounded, and i do not know where those rumors came from ,not from me, that i do know. I am still making knives and will be as long as i am physically capable of doing so."

Great,now he should start making knives for the people who have paid him up front.(long ago) :p
 
And he does not know where he has quit came from? Nice to see he is as honest as always.
 
It is very nice that Allen refurbished your knife for you. I do think though that he should be spending his time getting knives made for those people that have been waiting up to a couple of years for knives they have already paid for. Some of these people sent their money because they were told that their knife would be ready in a few days and just needed some finishing touchs. Those finishing touchs seem to have taken a very long time. I sure hope the knives are worth it when and if they are finally done.

By the way, I can't see your pictures at all. Just some red Xs.

and if he contacts the folks that he has debts to and makes arrangements to pay them off and sticks to them then we might be able to conclude that indeed things are on the road to being OK. Otherwise it is just smoke and hype. I wish nothing but the best, but it has become obvious to me that some corrections are needed and needed quickly.

As for doing this knife refinish ,yea i did do it,took all of about 5 minutes, and i do refinish work all the time on previously bought knives of mine for free, always have.

Cant figure out though why people without any vested interest in my knives feel they have to interject and add there two cents worth ,
Richard, Mayo ect... ect... Funny how the people i actually owe back orders to dont respond on these threads, no they do it in email to me as it should be. I think you guys are just crap starters,:rolleyes:

I have been getting knives out although i dont feel i owe any of you descriptive explanations as such,,, HbSkater has gotten his bowie, Crayolas is in the mail, Roberts Dagger ( Formerly Phils blade) is on its way,Win`s knives are getting finished, ect.ect...

Funny though Rob simmonich says i owe him money when the bill i have for the talonite and the material was sent from carbide processors, so if i owe anyone for the amount its them, not rob.

Also as far as the others rob had talked about in his first grandioso
expose on myself that i supposedly owe, A few of them i dont have a problem with paying when they pay me whats due to me,ie,,,, design royalties ( TOPS KNIVES),,, and the others stop ripping off my kydex products which were my original designs and concepts,,,, funny how everyone jumps on the bandwagon for american tomahawk when they are supposedly getting ripped off ,without hesitation. To bad the same thing was done to me from the people Rob spoke of in his first posts about how wrong i was.

And just to be clear, i have not stopped making knives, although i only do it on weekends and a hour or two after work a night if able. i will get everyone caught up, i have not defrauded anyone, to do that i had to have a clear intent of doing so prior to the transactions, i just got to far behind for my own good is all that happened. As for the other cases ,Dammed right i didnt pay them they ripped off my products and designs, as far as i am concerned they can bark up a tree.

And as far as those that interject there opinions about what i am, do havent done or anything else having to do with me or my knifemaking, if you havent anyhting of interest to do with me directly, find somthing else to do with your time as it doesnt matter for a hill of beans what your opinion is of me or my knives.

And richard, it doesnt matter in the least that you dont want one of my knives, i wouldnt sell you one anyway, as you say, there are other knifemakers to buy from, Well good for you, just like there are other people to sell knives too, which i am not worried about as i sell everything i make anyway. I will get all this squared away in time and be back to taking orders and making knives, only this time without money up front AT ALL !! and if people dont want to wait, so be it, as i said someone always wants my knives somwhere.

Allen, just because you are not a "fraud" doesn't mean you are not a liar. You have lied to several members of this forum on multiple occasions. One of the great things I love about the knife community, is the ability to forgive and be trusting. You have taken advantage of this community multiple times. If you will read the other thread, many people HAVE posted that they have paid orders with you and are waiting. Some have been waiting over a year, and over that year, have heard multiple times that the knife is ready. You are a black eye on this community.
As most people know, Andy Prisco is in the middle of a big legal battle. One thing Andy and I talked about is how the knife community is generally self-policing and we take care of things within our own little community. I think it's time the knife community steps up and polices you right on out the door. You don't do anything you promise. You have been giving multiple chances, and each time you spit on the trust this community gives you and you start again with the lies. You are a lying POS that deserves no more trust.

On top of all that, you can't take a zipper joke worth a ****.

Well, I banned him yet again and closed the thread he started, and I suppose I might as well close this one too -- just because there's no point; we've seen it all enough times....

Gentlebeings, just about anything can be posted on this forum ... but not over and over again indefinitely; there's no point to that.
