Did he respond with a tracking number? Were they sent insured?

FWIW, I agree with the intent of your message. He took your money, he should provide the product or a refund.

If he shipped insured or with a tracking number, this shouldn't be too hard to resolve.

No he did not. In his most recent email, about two weeks ago, he said he would send out a new set and this time include a tracking number...
