I absolutely hate to do this but I don't really have a choice.
I'm making available an Elishewitz Prototype #1 Kopis flipper with "captive bearings". It is absolutely flawless and being sold "As New". I cannot say enough about how special this knife is. Fit and finish is impeccable, as expected.
Blade: 3 3/4" satin finished, 60/40 double ground 154 CM modified Wharncliffe profile. Great detent. With gold inlaid makers mark.
OAL: 8 1/4"
Internals: Eight 3/32" "captive" bearings surrounding the pivot pin increasing the speed and smoothness of the flipping action. The ergonomics are killer, your hand just folds around it, (the frame has been modified a bit from the original Kopis to allow greater ease of use), and the blade flips out so quickly that Allen had to tighten the pivot pin a bit, just to prevent any unintentional bloodletting.
Bolsters: Ti "orange peel" satin finished.
Scales: Presentation Grade Ironwood
Liners: Anodized flat grey/blue/purple and extend out through the butt of the knife into a Skull Crusher with the blade seated between. The blade is perfectly centered.
Clip: Spoon style, positioned for tip up carry and anodized flat grey.
SOLD.
Case and USPS Insurance and Delivery Confirmation Priority Mail included.
Overseas buyer pays the freight.
PayPal, (add 2%), Money Orders and Pers. check OK.
No trade offers please.
