I'm trying to switch up the collection so here are some knives I'm putting up for trade. I'll be here to answer any questions you might have. If you need more details/specs/pictures, just shoot me a message and I'll have them sent over. If you're interested, feel free to start a conversation or email me at kenleung1995 at hotmail dot com. I try to check my threads fairly often so chances are I'll see your posts as well. If you just want a straightforward sale, let me know and we can have something worked out. Thanks for taking a look.
For trades, I'm looking for an: MSC XL Yeti, Jon Grahams, Yunas, Marlowes, Direwares, GTCs, TuffKnives, Sharknivcos, ViKnives, Rocksteads, Dalibors, Broadwells, Black Snow Customs, Phantom Steelworks, Kirby Lamberts, Jim Burkes, Ochs, Blackwoods, VanderMeulens, Jason Clarks, Rassentis, Demkos, some Shirogorovs, Grimsmos, Jason Guthries, MSC Non-Locking PT, Marfione MSG-3, DOC, ZT 0454, and maybe a custom Emerson or Striders in general but if you have other offers, I'm happy to hear them. Cash can be added either way.
1. Allen Elishewitz Silver Fox - near mint - Sold
Two-tone damasteel blade with 3.5" of cutting edge
The pattern shows on the edges and grinds, the flats have a hand satin
Scales are made from black G-10, silver twill carbon fiber, and layered blue twill carbon fiber
Custom pivot with polished pivot collars
Blade-to-handle ratio is nearly 1:1
Typical perfect Elishewitz fit and finish, all material transitions are seamless
Blade opens nicely if you pre-load the flipper, thumbstuds work great as well
Smooth action and locks with zero play
Centering favors the show side by just a hair but doesn't come close to rubbing
2. Reese Weiland Strike Proto - near mint - Sold
Wharncliffe flipper with 3.75" of edge
Engraved "RW PROTO" on the blade spine
The fit and especially the finish work on this one is incredible
2-tone blade with hand satin flats and mirror polished grinds
The frame is contoured ti with an egg-shell finish that's slightly more reflective on the edges
The pivot is polished and the lockbar stabilizer has a hand satin
Still fairly new so there's a hint of lock stick as it breaks in
There are some hairline scratches toward the tip of the blade but the mirror polish keeps me from showing them, you can also see a nick in the edge in the last photo
Perfect centering, locks with zero play, and action is glass smooth
Feels great in hand
