I ordered this beast in 2011 & received it late last year, but now I've got my eye on a few slip joints,so the beast must go.
I've done some chopping with it so it isn't brand new,but it's like new with just some light scratches, mostly from cleaning.(it chops just fine btw )
Hand forged by Allen(his first Brute de Forge)of 5160 steel.
OAL of 14 3/8".Blade is 9 7/8" tip to scales with a 9 3/8" cutting edge.
1/4" thick at the ricaso with the blade tapering down to 1/8" & the handle tapering to 3/32".
Front & rear lanyard holes with 2 SS corby bolts.(Lanyard included.)
Orange & black G10.
It's 1 3/4" high at the ricaso & 2 1/8" high at the end of the spine.
I ordered it without a sheath intending to make a kydex sheath for it,but haven't gotten around to it,so sorry,no sheath is included.
The discoloring up in the forged portion of the blade in pic 2 is from a brass brush I used to get some bark material off,not rust.
Someone please give it a home where it'll get regular beatings,it begs for it.;)

I'm asking $300 shipped TYD.SOLD
It'll go out by USPS Pri,+ DC + Ins.
Payment by Paypal or USPS MO,with the fees on me.
You must be 18 or older & legally able to own/purchase a knife.

The first I'LL TAKE IT in this thread gets it,then send me an email or PM please.
No trades or lowball offers please.
