Google it,youtube has many how to videos as well.
I will warn against the cheap plastic version from Wallgreens,
get a food safe one. Its really wierd the first time you use
it,but they do help with nasal congestion.
i have no allergies so cant confirm they help with that,BUT
I have read MUCH that says they do minimize or eliminate
airborne type allergies.
Anyway,cheap to buy and try.Dont jump in and use it twice a day
to start,build up to it.Also might need half the saline to start
if your nose burns.

When I lived in west Texas it was bad in the spring and my eyes and nose itched really bad.
I never had any allergies here in Georgia before, but last spring the pollen was really bad and it really made my eyes itch bad.
