Here is a knife that I sat down and drew out on paper a few nights ago. I wanted a design that was sexy, strong, and suitable for a back up knife or utility knife. Anyway here is what it turned out like.

Steel- 1095FG X 3/16
AOL- 8 1/2 inches
Grind- Flat with drawn unsharpened swedges, thumb shelf with serrations.
Blade- 3 3/4 inches (Extremely Sharp!!!!)
Finish- Hand sanded to 2000 grit
Handle- 4 1/2 inches Axe Handle design
Scales- Black G10
Hardware- 5/16 Stainless Loveless Bolts
Sheath- Black .80 Kydex set up for your large Tek-loc. Sheath is designed for horizontal or vertical carry in either left or right hand carry. Knife goes into the sheath with a nice click and is secure, so if you wish to carry this one handle down you can without worry.

Very nicely done. Must be fun and rewarding to take an idea and to turn it into reality.

Thanks guys I appreciate the comments. The handle is very comfortable on this one, it feels very solid in hand, if that makes sense.
