I've been around here for a long time and I normally don't write threads like this BUT...
David Taguchi who goes under AlliedArmory.com is a piece of crap.

Back on December 30th, 2011 I placed an order as part of a Fenix Flashlight Group Buy on THR, This was a prepaid order (I paid $315.00) David took many orders and kept telling us that the lights were back ordered, New light were replacing the old ones and were coming soon, etc...
He dragged it out past the back charge cut off dates and then dropped out of site.
He did start showing up on CalGun's with...you guessed it, a Fenix Group Buy!
He did the same thing there, took the money and lied for a couple of months and disappeared from the sale.

He still has his web site up and post "Great Specials" on all the forums but beware of this turd.
Several including me have filed BBB, FTC Complaints and my next step will be with FBI Internet Complaint Center the IC3

This Dirt Bag has become my New favorite past time, I will not rest until this POS either makes everyone right or goes to jail.

Here's his info, drop him a line and let him know it's not OK to screw people out of their hard earned cash and encourage him to make it
[removed personal information]
Thanks,

Man that really sucks, is there no way to get you money back? What payment method did you use? Regardless what he did was completely wrong. You guys should spam his home phone number and notify the local authorities till he makes things right

I was actually part of 2 of his 3 group buys and received everything promised. There were a couple of people on the 3rd group buy who placed orders the last minute who didn't receive them for many months, but from what I read everywhere they ALL received their lights or refunds. I have also completed 3-4 orders from the web site and everything has gone smoothly. He also specified in the group buy that it was in no way affiliated with the web site.

1whobuys is also posting all around that thousands of dollars were stolen from people and that is just not the case. David never refused contact with anyone and always promised lights or refunds which everyone received.

I just don't like to see bashing and spreading of FUD of a good company unnecessarily especially on other web forums.

And wow! Posting someones personal home information is completely wrong no matter the case.

I was able to find your personal information on Google in about 3 minutes, hopefully AA has enough integrity not to do the same which he can easily do.

I'm sorry for whatever your loss is, but you will not be using this forum to get people together for your witchhunt. Consider this a friendly request.

Is there something I'm missing.... is it a witchhunt or is this a valid complaint?

Witchhunt implies that 1whobuys is wrong.

We don't need anyone on here using Bladeforums as a launching pad for a spam and harrassment onslaught on the guy from Allied Armory. The only thing that will do is bring some of them over here and then we have cross forum/ store/ whatever BS and we aren't playing that game here. Hope that clears it up a bit. :)

I haven't been back here since I posted about Allied Armory ripping a bunch of people off.
Not sure I understand your reference to a "Witch Hunt" he has ripped many people off and only after I made this post and some others online did he make it right and fill our orders...9 months late..You calling a Witch Hunt makes me sound like a lier and I don't appreciate that at all.
I can prove he ripped a bunch of people off on 2 boards that I know of.

I will concede to having people email him and understand the cross posting issue now, at the time I didn't think of that and point taken.

I just wanted to give people a heads up on his bad business practices so no-one would get taken for a ride like many off us did.
Like I said and to finish the rest of the story, only after exposing him in a few places did he come forward after 9 months and deliver our Fenix Flashlights.
I consider this deal closed.
