Folks, its almost the season of giving. Although it may be too early to ask, but do you all have anything you've set your eyes on as a gift to yourselves? ;)

Don't rush it big boy.
I'm looking forward to pumpkin pie . . . maybe even some turkey with cranberries.
Beyond that no tellin'.
As far as knives I have ALL I COULD POSSIBLE DESIRE and more than I deserve.

Nothing for Christmas on the list. My wife and I are celebrating a wedding anniversary next week. Now thet they're legal to carry, she ordered me a Kershaw Launch 7 in green.

As far as material goods, I have a Busse Park Ranger on order, and a Custom JK Knives Friction Folder due in early January.

That being said, I am always keeping an eye out for M4, Maxamet or a Spyderco Tusk, so who knows what will end up under the tree.

Not terribly extravagant, but it's hard to beat a nice SAK for a Christmas gift. Especially one with a pinup girl.

 I just ordered my wife this Vic Classic:
. . .
She likes dragonflies and carries a Spyderco Dragonfly but wasn't opposed to a keychain carry knife.

So does my wife. I got my wife the tattoo'd Spyderco Dragonfly a few years back (anniversary) and that Vic Classic a few months ago (just 'cause) for her key-carabiner. Both went over well, and she carries them both. She uses the classic more than she thought she would - the scissors are great.

Good choice.
Enjoy

It is not! Standard production. Has a rounded handle, leather sheath, and no jimping. Think bushcraft instead of tactical. It is available at Knifecenter for the exact same price as the standard variant.
Thanks blade brother! Was considering my first Becker as well.

No worries! Never tried a Becker, I’ve held a BK-9 (I believe) and boy was that sucker heavy. I think the Esee is a good mix of heavy duty, stand up to anything, and actually bring carryable.

Not so much for me for Christmas, but hopefully an end of the year bonus(mid January) will cover a Spyderco Nirvana and possibly my first custom fixed blade.

My heart is set on the Esse 6! Becker is on the mind, with your screen name I thought you'd be a Becker guy....

LOL funny thing about that. Those are my first two initials and the number I tend to use for such things... totally never crossed my mind until after the account was made and I didn’t figure it was worth changing it! I may just have to get a BK14 for that reason alone...
