I am not sure how the term integral applies to a knife but this one has a forged guard that swells into the choil. If not integral, it might be close. I left hammer marks on the guard area and hand sanded the blade to create a contrast in textures.

Forged from 1/4 inch 1065
400 grit hand sanded blade
Forge finish on the choil and guard
Distal taper on the blade and tang
Rosewood handle
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Sharpened blade length: 4 inches
Riveted leather scabbard

$120 ----SOLD----delivered to the US or Canada. My PP account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I will also take USPS money orders or checks with time to clear.

Got the knife today Gerry .
Looks great ! Sharp too !
I'm sure I'll give it a good blood bath this fall. I like the rear balance .
I also like the flat back on it too. I've been know to bruise my Palm trying to crack the pelvic bone . You ever get down Greenville way maybe we can go try to cause an exit wound .
Thanks again
Bill

Glad you like the knife Bill. I want to see pictures this fall!

Gerry: From the looks of those pictures from wjpjr I would say that knife is going to see some use! That's what you make 'em for, though, isn't it?!?!
