Almost Ready To Ship - 2013

i am interested in hearing about that buschracfter from myke. i've had my eye on that. good looking batch, John.
Well Todd,it's a bushcrafter blank made by John Kiedaisch of JK Hand Made Knives here on BF,with heat scale left on & with a scandivex grind.Hehe:p

Don't know what I'm going to do for scales yet & I don't remember the dimensions.(I done chucked the email)
I'm thinking 4.5 x 4.5 for the blade & handle.(+/- an inch or two here or there.);)

That & the LRK will keep me busy for a while this winter.
I am thinking orange G10 & carbon fiber laminate for the LRK though.

Thanks John, can't wait to get cracking on 'em.

John. My package arrived at my home but painfully, I will not be there from my business trip until Tues. I'm certain it will be not only a work of art, but a work of HEART.

So many strong wishes go out to continued healing for Hanna.

I will reply with a full review once I "fondle" it

I received my Hanna's Hope #9.. and it is gorgeous. And the sheath is just as awesome. I'm glad I made the choice of wood and liner that I did.
Thank you for everything!

Wow
That turned out better then I ever thought it would.
I can't wait to attached it to my hiking staff.
Thanks so much John.

The two survival tin knives turned out great - can't wait to see the expressions on my two grandsons' faces when I surprise them each with a knife and an empty altoids tin. I'll also be interesting to see what choices they make in filling out thier tins. Thanks again!

Let us know what they choose to fill their tins with.

I`m really pleased with how it turned out, like I said in my email, I think it would make a great push dagger.

Nice! As John said, it would be great to have you share what they fill those tins up with!

That Spearhead is pretty slick!

Good thinking - maybe a little mod of the "palm-facing" area....

best

Slim down the area between the blade and "handle" and make the handle more round, then put some slabs on it.
