Those all look really nice John! That plaid Micarta is really cool! I think I know who that one is for, very clever!

Wow John, the custom looks great!!! I know my brother will love it. I can't wait to see how it feels and handles. Just out of curiosity what do you think of the design? Do you think it will make a good hunting/general purpose knife based on the way it feels in hand? It's hard to tell for sure from handling a cardboard cutout. I guess time will tell but from your photo it sure looks like it should be a good one.

It felt good in my hand, and with the slight drop to the blade, it should work well for hunting, and day to day use. BTW, it`s got a 1 stamped on the reverse side.

Sounds like a winner. Please hang on to the pattern. I'd like to have one myself since I designed it and would also like to get one for each of my boys for Christmas if I can. I'll just have to see how money is at the time.

I'll try and take some photos when I get it and send you some. Maybe this winter I can get some action shots if my brother takes a deer.

Knives are shipping this afternoon. It`s a b*tch not having a car anymore, got to wait untill my wife gets home to go anywhere.

Thanks, looks like it should be a good one. I hope to get one for myself sometime down the road. My brother done some landscaping for me and wouldn't charge me any labor. He ain't the type to buy much for himself so I thought this would be a good way to pay him back. He deer hunts a lot so I know it will see some use there but I also wanted something that would work well for general use also.
