Last thing I need is another great big honkin' knife but if you keep posting pictures like that last GBH I may end up with one yet...

That Element O1 wharnie that I had John make me (see pic above, #48, second photo) is a concept I had from back when I used to work for a living. A small but very sturdy knife that will sharpen up like a razor to cut insulation, carpet, or sheetrock as well as finish miters and trim. But also can be used as a scraper and even as a putty knife if need be. A jack of all trades for the tradesman who holds lots of cards! I think I will love it! The edge extends below the handle for scraper duty but John has formed the handle so as I might not cut myself! This might become a pass around if folks are interested.
The large lanyard hole is for a clip. Notice the lack of a choil and the full flat grind.

Whatcha gonna do with that one Mykel?

Jeff
Whad'ya think I'm gonna do with it? I'm gonna cut stuff of course.(after I put some scales on it ;))

As to what scales...I'm leaning towards antler.
I've been wanting to do another in stag/antler as a companion to the Tool.(might redo the Tool in antler too)

This is a very nice design B Jackson!...I can see it handling all of these tasks and more.
