I just got an Alpha from Robert a couple of weeks ago. That thing cuts like a laser and holds an edge superbly. This is a great deal on a very cool little knife!

Nice knife: Sorry if details are in video but my ancient PC does not handle them well and looking for some written details/description. Please excuse my ignorance if any answers should be assumed.
Do you have an idea of RC hardness achieved with temper? What is quench method and is blade all tempered the same or differential?
What is blade thickness and edge and grind angles, or is it convex?
What was diameter of wheel used for hollow grind?
What are the handle materials?
Does it have sunken handle pins covered by plugs or are these plugs covering removeable bolts/screws?
What would postage be using USPS First Class International to Canberra, 2611, Australia?

RC is approx 59-60 as don't have a tester
Right at 4mm thick done Hollow grind on a 5" wheel
Handle is Black Orange G10 held with 3/16" carbon fiber pins, they are hard to see even in person
Slow cure bonding To get the scales off they have to be nearly ground off and heated to over 300degF then pried off
Ask me how I know this :eek:
Moving Air quench
Still needs an edge and typically winds up around 17-19deg with a toothy edge
Blade is essentially the same hardness although the edge cools sooner
