You think the Breakfast Dagwood was the biggest gun in my arsenal? Not even close...

(Breakfast Dagwood thread here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/885421-Okay-Guyon)

Time for a good 'ole fashioned omelet.

Turns out I lack whatever skill is necessary to judge how much stuff I need to make to fill an omelet. Somehow, I don't think that will be a problem. ;)

Three eggs.

Sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and onion.

Ham.

Sausage.

Fresh jalapeno.

Shredded cheddar cheese.

Freshly diced tomato.

Freshly ground kosher salt and black peppercorns.

Your move biscuit man.

This is bad timing. I need to lose some weight.

That omelet looks like it's smiling. Yeah, that's definately an evil smile.

LOL! You need to weigh something like that if you are going to call out a challenge! Call it a Vom-ellette ;).. Way too much for me, enjoy!

Okay, here's my riposte:

Start with bacon lattice:

Cover with pork breakfast sausage:

Spice rub:

Throw down some Dubliner cheese:

Fill with bacon wrapped Guiness-soaked bratwurst, scotch eggs, potatoes, cabbage, and corned beef.

Roll it up:

Baste with Jameson and brown sugar and slow cook or smoke for several hours:

Enjoy!

Crimsonfalcon, WTF! Are you trying to kill somebody? I might try to do that in sandwich form.

Oh SO good. We mainly do that on St. Patrick's Day. We call it St Fatty's Day. Costs about $100 US to make though. That bad boy weighed in at 12 pounds.

I gained 5 lbs just by looking at it. I think my arteries clogged just by looking at it too.

damn CF7.
that looks good!
serve that up on some toasted rye or irish soda bread with a slice of ballyshannon or red leichester and it'd be perfect!

Derek - your omelet would be better smothered in salsa. :D
