Alright guys.....Paramilitary 2 or Military???

In the state I'm in..I can get either blade. What one to get? Carried a delica4 but gave it to my daughter, bought a zt0200 and a 0350, but they are alittle bit big for work...and want those as "safe queens" I'm sure para/ mil are a little less bulky and weight less.


I want this to become my new edc.

The Military is a whale of a knife, and remarkably light for its size and utility, but for me it is just way too big to actually carry on a regular basis. It is a huge knife. The PM 2 is, to me, the clear winner as a knife to carry and use.
 
Ditto Para 2. And I love the Military. But the Para 2 is just the right size.
 
Another vote for the PM2. Miltary is too big for me- doesn't feel right in my hand. But then, I don't like the feel of the Endura either.

I love both and carry both, but for your average EDC blade the PM2 has the edge!

If size is really an issue, probably the Para2, but the Military carries a lot smaller and easier than you'd think.

Damn....it's that the zt0200 is big and bulky to much for work....but the size fits my hand like a glove.
Does anybody have a comparison picture between zt0200 and the mil?
 
Both are my favorite knives... Tough choice, they both carry very similar weight wise but the Military takes up more depth in the pocket with that extra length.

The decision would come down to the main differences which would be the extra blade length, lock type, and smaller carry size of the Para 2.

I would likely choose the Para 2 for every day carry including jeans pockets. If you wear cargo pants or anything with a large side pocket the Military would fit nice. That being said, I have been carrying my M390 Military lately, but I still really like both knives.
