Yes, but they are selling faster than Spyderco can make them. :(

Thanks...

Is there any difference in these models besides the color blades?

Prices is different...from the same place.

Only difference is the DLC coating on the blade. They cost a bit more. And for your info in case you like the black blade, that DLC is extremely tough. I have that exact knife and it still looks perfect. My non coated knives have scratches and the coated one doesn't.

*just be careful that it's a Paramilitary 2, if there is no #2 then it might be an original Para 1. Both of those pics are Para 2's though

Thanks...that's funny though...cause the "chrome" looking blade is more then the black black, but the DLC coated one is not in stock.

Just so you guys know, I e-mailed Spyderco a few days ago and they said they should be restocking their Paramilitary 2s within 45 days or so.

i keep reading about all this spyderco hype and para2 and sprint run stuff...personally from the photos...i think they look silly.
weird shaped blade and crazy donut hole in the blade like a fluke fish.

i know, i know...i probably should hold one before i say i dont like it...but so far...i dont think they look like anything more than a cartoonish knife.

flame on!

Ok....I just ordered the DLC one with the camo G-10. Not bad for 90.18 shipped!!! Now I just have to wait! Thanks guys!!! :D

Congrats! I've played with a few PM2's and they're very smooth. I like the clip mounting options. I'm a "tip up" guy and the Military sadly doesn't offer that capability. Also, the upgraded bushing system on the PM really rocks. You'll love it. I'm in on a sprint run so I'm waiting for my first PM2 (dark green G10 with some fancy new steel).

Congrats man! That's the same model I have and it's a good one. You got a really good price on it.

Yeah they look funny when you aren't used to them.

I assure you though, after actually using one for any length of time they start to look pretty damn nice!

Personally, although the look of a knife is an important factor I tend to value ergonomics and other quality features higher than looks. The true beauty is in the function and quality.

Just my 2 cents though.

I can't wait...for years I only had one knife......a delica 4 that I carried, but recently gave it to my daughter....that left me with nothing. Then I ordered a zt0200, zt0350, a kershaw skyline and a kershaw talon 2...and now this knife, I want to use this one for my EDC.

Thanks man! :D

I like larger blades, but I end up with the PM2 regularly over the Military. I have both and just can't seem to get the PM2 out of my pocket. Part of the issue may be a comfort issue too. The Military just sticks too far out vs. the PM2. I carry IWB at about 4 O'clock...the PM2 is very comfortable there...the Millie pokes me a bit when I move around.

Honestly I have to say I like Them both the same. I love the para because of the refinements and great carry and i love the military because of the different lock (I like the comp. lock more but it's nice to diversify) and the extra size. In my opinion they are some the best knives out there right now.

+1

You know when I first saw spyderco knives I did not understand them. Now I find I value function and ergonomics over form and vastly prefer spyderco knives for daily use. I don't have a P2 yet but have a orange and a green on pre-order. I think I am in the middle of the pack on the orange.

Similar story here. I carried a Benchmade 940 for seven years. Then I bought my 2nd knife less then a year ago. I now have 8 knives and no plans to stop buying. I even got swayed into Spydies by the Manix 2. Now I'm eyeing a Sebenza. This is going to get expensive....
